Fees
Waterview I Metropolitan District assesses an annual Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Fee of $150 to every property owner to cover expenses for common area and detention pond maintenance, covenant enforcement, various administrative services, and electricity for the community’s streetlights. These invoices are generated and sent out in December of each year.
Property Owners in Filing Nos. 6 & 7 are subject to an assessment for the annual Stormwater Impact Fee, the rate for which is set based on an agreement the District has with the Fountain Mutual Irrigation Company. The 2026 Stormwater Impact Fee is $73.00.
Billing of the District’s Fees is handled by American Conservation & Billing Solutions (AmCoBi).

eBill & ePay
AmCoBi's eBill service allows residents to enroll and receive an e-mail message with a URL link to a copy (PDF) of your bill. eBill also stores a history of previous bills.
AmCoBi's ePay service allows you to pay your bill online with a credit card, debit card, or automatic withdrawal from your checking/savings account (ACH). Debit and credit cards have a processing fee of 2.95%, charged by Paymentus, the payment processing provider.
